TERMS OF SALE
ORDERING: Minimum opening order $250 - $150 minimum reorder.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: C.O.D. for first time orders- VISA & MASTERCARD accepted.
Checks are accepted. Returned checks incur a $25.00 fee.
BACKORDERS: In the circumstance of a backorder on a particular fabric, you will be notified and have the option to continue with your order with another fabric combination or you may cancel your order at that time.
RETURNS: All damaged claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please contact Jocelyn Drye for a Return Authorization Number and include it on packaging of returned items.
SHIPMENTS: Orders ship via UPS Ground. (F.O.B.- NC) Shipping charges will include freight and minimum $5.00 handling fee.
All orders are made to order. PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING.
