jocelyn drye designs are handmade fabric bags, designed by Jocelyn Drye.  Jocelyn carefully chooses fabrics that are bold, fun and that make a statement.  She has created many bag styles based on her own needs and suggestions from her customers. 

Her business started in 2003 on her kitchen table when she got a sewing machine from her aunt. She decided to explore the world of sewing and started with a handbag pattern. She didn't even know how to thread the machine when she started! Her mother was kind enough to come over on her lunch break and show Jocelyn how to work it!

Jocelyn was 8 months pregnant with her first little girl, Maddy when this all began. She made several handbags and eventually started selling to friends and family. She then started selling at small outdoor festivals and shows at people's homes.  In 2005 she began wholeselling to stores and doing larger retail shows. In 2006, her second daughter, Ava, was born.  The business has continued to grow, but she has been taking it slow while the girls are still little. 

Jocelyn loves interacting with her customers at her shows and welcomes all feedback and ideas!
